Tonia Huggins is a Director of TMF Operations at Syneos Health. Tonia has over 10 years dedicated TMF management experience that includes working with multiple CROs across various TMF platforms, process development and implementation, system migrations, and client relationships.
At Syneos Health, Tonia partners with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective and efficient TMF management processes to achieve quality, inspection ready TMFs. Tonia has a passion for the TMF that she enjoys sharing with others in the continuous pursuit of changing the perception of the TMF ensuring it is viewed as a vital element of everyday study activities right from the start.
